From a great school system providing quality education to a local government that cares about people. Clear Lake offers residents and visitors big-city amenities without losing our small town charm.

Clear Lake is a growing rural community located in Northwestern Wisconsin. Located on U.S. Highway 63, Clear Lake is a 60 minute drive from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area. Clear Lake is home to approximately 1,080 residents.

Clear Lake can provide numerous recreational opportunities. The centerpiece of these opportunities is our 260 acre village park. The park includes two small lakes with an abundant supply of small pan fish and larger big game fish. The larger lake also has a boat launch. Our park amenities include picnicking, camping, hiking, and a swimming beach. Other amenities include three shelters for large gatherings, archery course, horseshoe course, playground and a lighted softball field. Clear Lake is also home to a challenging nine-hole golf course with dining facilities. Clear Lake is also the trail head for a multi-use trail for the ATV/snowmobile riders. This trail can also be used by mountain bikes and motorcycles.

Clear Lake is proud of our heritage. The "Clear Lake Area Historical Museum" is hailed as one of the finest in Wisconsin. It features priceless memorabilia from the careers of its two favorite sons: Former U.S. Senator - and Founder of "Earth Day" - Gaylord Nelson and Burleigh Grimes - member of the Baseball Hall of Fame. The Clear Lake All Veteran's Memorial, located in the Clear Lake Cemetery, commemorates 1700 local veterans on six granite monuments. One monument commemorates those that have made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Clear Lake Heritage Days Celebration occurs on the last full weekend of June. Activities include a street dance, parade, games, demolition derby and a carnival.

Tenants of the Clear Lake Industrial Park include a large food processing business, two large manufacturers of heavy equipment, and an industrial coating business. The Industrial Park has space available to potential buyers.

Clear Lake has a quality school system, fire department, ambulance service and police protection. It has an excellent water supply from underground wells, a modern up-to-date sewage treatment facility, and a new municipal building including a public library.

Clear Lake is a great place to visit, live or work. Please visit and see for yourself.
